Hi, my name is Sarah and I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer, specialising in postnatal exercise. I am certified in Early and Advanced Postnatal Fitness.
I am a mum of two, my son Jordy is 3 years old and my baby girl Ella is 8 months old.
My husband Brenton is a Physical Education Teacher with a Bachelor of Exercise Science. He shares my passion for health and fitness and has also ran a successful personal training business.
I wanted to specialise in postnatal exercise so that I could train myself to safely return to exercise after having Ella. When I had my son Jordy I did not prepare or strengthen my body and ended up injuring myself after going for a slow jog 3 months after he was born. It required months of physiotherapy and rest just to get back to walking and sitting without pain which was not ideal with a newborn.
This time around I am strong, fit and reaching fitness goals and milestones earlier than I thought I could ever achieve.
I provide a number of services, including at home consultations, 1 on 1 personal training, online programs & mums & bubs pt sessions.
I am friendly, approachable and passionate about helping people achieve their goals and I look forward to helping you achieve yours!
