Yoga Mums Fitness specialises in Prenatal (Pregnancy) Yoga and Postnatal (Mums & Bubs) Yoga .
Yoga Mums Fitness guides you through a yoga journey before your baby is born to help you feel as comfortable as possible during your pregnancy and as you prepare for the birth, then afterwards in our Mums and Bubs Yoga classes we help you get back into shape and rebuild core and overall strength.
Classes are run from our home studio in Crace, ACT.
Yoga Mums Fitness offers a range of classes to suit your needs. We specialise in small class sizes to focus on individual progress, and all participants also have ongoing access to our dedicated Yoga Mums Fitness private Facebook page which includes fortnightly Facebook Live broadcasts as well as extra information and sequences to practice at home.
